  Burning frame around video?

  I wonder if it’s possible, using BorisFX Particle Emitter 3D in Vegas Pro 13, to create a burning frame around the video (flames outward or inward)?
  I couldn’t go farther than placing a PNG with a transparent ellipsis in the middle on a video track and choosing Layer Map for Emitter Shape, Source Layer for Emitter Layer and Alpha for Layer Map Mode. I’ll appreciate any hints, in case it’s possible.

  (I’ve watched John Rofrano’s tutorial about creating that particle logo, but it’s something different than what I’d like to achieve).

  Do you have an example, say something on YouTube or Vimeo, that does show a similar type of look to what you’re looking to recreate? If so, send me an example to support@borisfx.com (not so sure if you should post it on the forum) – Put the email to my attention, and I’ll correspond with a few people here and let you know the best approach.
