  BCC9 Chroma Key Studio / Vegas / multiple inside masks

  Sorry for cross-post in Vegas forum.

  Vegas pro 12, BCC9, Win 7 64Bit.

  I am using the chroma key studio in BCC9 – great tool. I have two areas I want to mask out – but I can only seem to be able to have a single inside mask. is it possible to define multiple areas with the mask – I want to exclude two separate areas from the keying as the screen was not lit very well and there are two large areas either side of teh talent which I want to mask to stop the keyer affecting the areas.

  To my knowledge you can only have one mask in BCC using the chromakey unit. I would solve the problem by masking in the Vegas Pan/crop window. Here you can use multiple masks or use in conjunction with BCC’s masking feature.
