  Exporting movie

  I am endeavoring to export a movie from stand alone RED. I have done this before…today!

  However for some reason, the export does not seem to be occurring correctly so that when I go to import into Sony Vegas Pro, I’m told I can’t import as the program does not recognise the format.

  In the save to folder, the icon for the file does not appear as a piece of film but rather a box with AVI on it. Also, when hovering over the icon, it tells me it is a video clip and the size of it, but not the length of it as with all the other avi’s.

  I have rebooted and restarted the programs etc…

  Any thoughts on what I may be missing?

  Hmmm…seems like it was something to do with ‘Use Project Pixel Aspect’. I had unchecked it. Why? Good question.
  Anyway, checked – with a resolution of 720 x 576, it has produced a file which has been imported to Vegas…
