  Boris Tutorials: How do you download after buying? VERY annoying

  I just bought the download version of the AvidFX tutorial on the Boris Website. They sent me an email confirmation that I had bought and paid for it with a credit card.

  But nowhere can I find a download link. Not on the confirmation email or anywhere that I can find on the website.

  Their live chat is down.

  Does anyone know how to download a tutorial once you have bought and paid for it?

  I just noticed that the confirmation email says the download URL is “NA”.

  Now I know why I like Sapphire better. Plus Sapphire (for me) is a whole lot more intuitive. But Avid FX came with the Symphony upgrade so I want to learn it.

  VERY frustrating.

  Problem solved. Boris contacted me and evidently one of their emails did wind up in my junk mail folder. Needless to say it was the email with the link which now appears to be downloading the tutorial.

  I don’t know how it wound up in the junk folder. I never put any Boris email address in the list and their other emails came through fine.

  At any rate they fixed it and for that I am grateful. My faith in Boris is restored. I was rash in my judgement. Apologies to Boris.
