First, I want to say hello, because it’s my first post.

I found here alot of useful information, which helps me mastering Sony Vegas (and BCC aswell), but now i came across a problem, which i cannot solve on my own, spent a couple of hours looking for solution, but I’m not even close.

I have Mocha V3, with which I made and exported tracking data for BCC Corner Pin (part of roof of the church, handheld footage). Tracking went perfectly, but what i need to achieve is making motion tracked part of roof transparent. I use Render: Punch Hole setting in Corner Pin options – and it works exactly as i want it to – making black hole from tracked roofpart. But i cannot make this black area transparent. I did it already in other way (by chroma keying Render:Show Corner Region setting, which gives me just roofpart, which i can apply whenever i want – but this option is not perfect, chromakeying out black causes some bad effects on footage).

What i want to achieve in this clip is to:
    1. Track part of the roof from handheld footage
    2. Do anything (eg. adjust colors or some other effects) with tracked object ONLY, i don’t know – make this part of roof yellow or something.

I think it is easy to do in After Effects, but I don’t feel ready to start with this giant 🙂

Hope someone can help me – I’m very sorry if something is hard to understand, I’m not so fluent in English yet.

Okay – problem solved. Vegas together with Boris CC can’t help me, motion tracking related things are far more advanced in After Effects, anyway – thanks for help.
