I am new to the Boris line of FX. They seem like a great product. However I was wondering which of the line of products would suite me best. Red, Continuum or Final FXs. Continuum an dFinal FX seem rather similar. Any clarification on the differences would be much appreciated.

Red is a gasket for a full blown compositing environment – it has it’s own interface, keyframes, etc that talk to your NLE. Great power, but you have to learn a new interface.

BCC (Continuum) are native plugins for MC/FCP/AE that are a great ‘all around’ package – but work inside your NLE vs. outside.
Final FX are a different set of native plugins that boris acquired.

All three have loads of presets and loads of animations…

    Does that help?
