  Boris RED5 Generator in FCP7 cutting off early

  We are experiencing an issue at my studio where we use the Boris RED5 Generator in Final Cut Pro 7 and midway through the duration, the text disappears.

  For example, we put down a Generator of 10 seconds and confirmed the duration inside of Boris Red 5 is also 10 seconds. Yet when we play the generator down in the FCP timeline, it goes blank after approximately 5 seconds.

  What are we doing wrong?
