  • Select Tool After Typing?

Posted by Jordan Montreuil on April 25, 2008 at 12:37 am

I was wondering if there was a way to hotkey select the Select tool (V) when I am done typing? I obviously can’t hit V because it types it and if I hit ESC then it erases my text. I am trying to improve my speed and having to reach for my mouse and then hit the select button is not helping.

Are there any power users out there that can recommend a tip for this?

Holding down the mouse and hitting escape is the same as hitting enter on the keypad.
    Yes I know, a 3 stroke solution isn’t exactly a power move.

You can’t hit “fn” and “Enter”?
