I’ve been working for a week on fixing my problem but I can’t take it any more. It seems like a great plugin but it seems that there are serious stability issues. Anybody else having this problem?

I’m getting a dynamic link error and it crashes.

Or I get a language / registry error and it crashes.

Or I twirl an adjustment option too fast and it crashes.

Is this normal or is it just my plugin or my cs5 setup?

I’m getting the same problem – I’ve also wrote a thread about the dynamic link error

Hey there, it’s good to have a companion on this. I found another bcc error friend on another forum too so it’s not just us…. there are more 🙂 Please link your thread here so we can keep track of both conversations. I will post here if I find a solution.

    What are the exact errors?

Can you post the exact text or screen shots?

    Johnny,

I’m curious. What graphics card are you using?

I`m getting the same problem with 32bit CS4 and 64bit CS5, usually After Effects just closes but sometimes I get a “2256 blitpipe” error. My card is an Nvidia GTS250 with the 197.45 driver, BCC7 is updated to version 7.02.

I`ve tried disabling everything related to OpenGL acceleration without effect.

    Jim,

Could you try reverting back to driver 190.38 and see if your crashing ceases?

    I`ve tried 190.38 and 257.15 but it`s still crashing.

    Jim,

Can we get screen shots of the errors?

    Others,

Can you verify the graphics cards you are using?

An uninstall, re-install seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.

    Great to hear!

If it comes back please let me know.

If anyone else having the problem can try the same please do and let us know if it resolves your issues.
