I purchased Boris FX 9.3 for our Sony Vegas Pro 9 yesterday and have yet to find tutorials ANYWHERE on the internet that aren’t for RED, Graffiti or Continuum. FX is supposed to be this industry standard, right? I know absolutely zilch about this program—I’d try and muck through it on my own but the interface to me seems designed for maximum confusion. Any experts out there that can point me in the general direction I need? Did I waste $300 of my boss’s money?

    Heather,

thanks for asking. Here is a dedicated page for Boris FX tutorials.

Please let us know if you find any of these tutorials helpful.

Also, many RED tutorials that do not deal with text are applicable to FX. FX is a slimmed down version of RED that provides transitions, filtering and compositing while Graffiti is for text generation.

I hope you did not waste money.
