  Nesting a Keyed 4×3 Sequence into a 16×9 Sequence Adobe Premiere CS3

  Hey guys.

  I am working on an Adobe Premiere video where I made it in 4×3, It’s Shot in 4×3 and the client decided he wanted it 16×9 at the last moment.

  The video is keyed in Boris FX 9

  Ideally I would just like to make the background bigger and move the keyed talent over. However Boris seems to shrink cut and distort everything when this is Done.

  Anyone know what I could do about this so I don’t have to re-cut the entire thing.

  Hi,

  My assumption is that you are changing the clip to which the Boris filter was applied and that the Boris filter is not happy with the change. I suggest that you go into the key, save it out as a settings file, delete the effect, change the media as you need to, then reapply the effect and load the settings. Can you try that and let me know if this helps?
