  Boris BCC AVX 5 Avid MC Bin Error

  I’ve just installed Boris BCC AVX500 for Avid Media Composer and there’s a great trouble with ‘Glow’ effect. Bin size is getting up to 500MB, when a really full bin is up to 20MB, so the program can’t handle it at all. Can’t open bin, can’t edit the sequence anymore, can’t queck in sequence into database and the message below pops up:

  Any ideas? It looks like the bin size is not being properly managed or bad estimated.

  Sounds like an odd one and not something that we have ever heard of before. Have you contacted Avid support about this?
