  Boris Won’t let FCP Load

  I just trashed my preferences using FCPRescue 5. Now when I try to start FCP it’s saying it can’t find a file that’s in a foreign font and to reload Boris Continuum Complete.
  I don’t even know if I still have Boris anywhere. Can I delete BorisCC totally and not have FCP look for it when it loads.

  Hi,

  You should be able to manually remove the BCC plug-ins from your system to prevent FCP from attempting to load them but you’ll have to make sure that you remove them completely from the system, not just place them in a different location because the system will find them and FCP will still try to load them. You can always reinstall them later.
