  Rolling Credits/Text for Boris Title 3d

  Hello Boris FX,
  I have a stock install of FCP, version 6.0.3, along with the standard
  effects that come with it. Is there a way to have rolling text/credits with Boris Title 3D? I have “Text Scrambler”, Title 3D, Title Crawl, and Vector Shape.

  I would like to use Boris Title 3D for text changes, and have it roll like the Scrolling Text option in the FCP Text effects area.

  Any hints on this??

  Hi Eric,

  Title Crawl will do that for you – simply enter the text (either manually or via the import button) and then select “roll” from the pop-up. Set the duration of the roll by setting the in and out points in the source monitor before you drag the title into the timeline.

  There are options in the title generator window for stylizing the text along with many preset styles from which you can choose and customize.
