  electrivity rays, how?

  I want to make an effects simulating a guy elecroshocking another guy with rays but I can not find the rays effects, where is it?
  I find snow, rain and fire but not rays!! (electricity)
  The one I am looking for is the one similar to used in the star wars movies.

  Yes I found it!!,
  it is where the day-night and fog filter are, I do not remember the name of the folder but the 3rd filter is the “electricity”.
