  BCC 4.1 installation woes — mac pro AE CS3

  Hey there-

  I was just wondering if anyone had success installing BCC 4.1 for AE CS3. I’ve installed using their instructions 3 times and they still won’t show up in the effects menu.

  On a separate note, has anyone else had problems contacting the support team? If they were half as professional as the Genarts crew, they’d be doing a lot more business…

  Hi Henry,

  Sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble with the BCC 4.1 installation – let’s see if we can sort that out for you.

  Are you using the BCC 4.1 Universal Binary installer? If the filters don’t show up the first thing that comes to mind is that the non-universal filters are being used, which of course will not show up in a universal binary application, such as CS3.

  Have you tried installing the BCC 5.1 trial version to see if that works?
