  Rotoscoping in Red 2.5

  Hello,

  I have owned Red 2.5 for quite a while. I am pretty decent with many of its abilites. I know when I bought it (a few years ago) it has the ability to rotoscope. It may have been ready to rotoscope but I was not. Now a few years later I would like to explore the rotoscoping abilities in Red 2.5.I have looked through the manual and could not come up with any info. I know old reviews said it could be done. Can it be done and can someone give a crash course to get me started. I need to rotoscope about a 5 second sports clip. Thanks for any help. If Red is to much work I may get Silhoutte from tool farm but I am hoping Red can get it done.

  Hello,

  There are a number of tutorial files that are free to download from the BorisFX web site, one of which deals with the problem that you are attempting to solve, which is rotoscoping spline masks.
