Hey i was wondering how I could emulate the effect that G4TV uses where they have a whole set of objects in a kind of Kaleidosocpe sphere. The effect can be seen in 50 Cent’s – This is 50 video where you see the guns, cars and whatever else coming out of one central point and repeating themselves around that point, sometimes in 2d and sometimes in a spherical form.

Can you just use a plugin for the 2D kaleidoscope, THEN PUT THAT LAYER, AFTER A PRECOMPOSE MAYBE, ON cc sphere? (Sorry for the Case problem)

Pete’s plugin has a freebie set of plugins, with one named Kaleidascope. I highly recommend getting it, I like it better than than the standard issue AE one.

Well I heard about Trapcode Echospace, do you think that’ll do the trick?
