I am having some trouble with using movie files in after effects 7.
I have imported some HD files which are 960 x 720, i am using multiple shots in the one composition.

Only certain movie files are actually working when i put them in the composition, it seems completely random as to which one’s are working but i just cant see why.
They are just freezing, i thought it would be a render problem, but then i exported the comp to a .mov file and only a few of the movie files are actually playing through, the others are all frozen????

Does any one have any idea on why this would be happening??

    Thanks
    Andrew

We have odd behavior with DVCProHD when 3rd party QT codecs are installed… I would try removing them and see if it helps…

Yeah all the files are definitely DVC PRO HD i logged and transferred them all at the same time with the same settings, so they should all have the same codecs.
