Im working on a tutorial I downloaded from Computer Arts. It was done in AE 6.5 and uses Keylight. I have CS3 but the project file included with the tut doesnt recognize Keylight in CS3. I assume its because the Keylight in CS3 is technically called “Keylight (1.2)” as oppsed to just “Keylight” . Is there a way I can tell the project to use the newer version or do I just need to go through and copy all the settings and keyframes and paste them into the new Keylight effect?

    Any help is much appreciated.

You’ll need to copy the settings for the new filter, I’m afraid.

    All the best,

Is there a way to delete the folder or appearance of the ‘Missing’ effects? They show in the Effects panel even in an empty project.
