• Adobe After Effects

  help doesnt work?…

  hello, i have installed an adobe cs3, i believe master collection on a computer. the operator of the system has told me that the help menu does not work. i have also tried and i can confirm that the help does not work with after effects, but it does with illustrator from the same installation package. i find this quite odd. has anyone experienced the same problem?…none of the options in the help menu open, ie. keyboard shortcuts, animation presetsand so on.

  another interesting note is that the after effects was installed in english, and the other applications on the package were installed as german. The Package that we have purchased was a german cs3 master collection.

  i would appreciate any insight to this problem.
