Hello. I’ve been asked to create a short, 2 minute video with text that flies in, similar to Apple’s RSS Visualizer Screen Saver. What’s the best way to approach this? Would After Effects work best in this situation?

    Thanks!

I’d set all my text in all of it’s positions and rotations and then parent it all to a 3D null. Then I’d animate the Y Rotation of the null to swing the text into the center of the screen.

It’s up to you if you want to write lines that are far too long to be read on screen á la the RSS Visualizer.
