    The use of videos in enhancing company culture has been limited to training. Videos outlining the expected behavior in the office, effective interaction with clients and how to handle difficult situations are perhaps the most popular.

    Most organizations fail to realize the potential in videos, beyond educating and subtly reprimanding. Video advertisements are effective in causing enthusiasm in consumers and the same strategy can be used to increase employee morale.

    Here’s an example of what they’re talking about; you can have a guy in a suit lecture you, and nothing he blathers about will stick…. or you can immerse yourself in a corporate culture by osmosis from the workers and customers themselves:

    Though that’s a video aimed at the employees, any customer that sees it will unequivocally be impressed as heck.
