I need to be able to do some time remaping in AE 6.5 and normally have no problems doing it with 60i footage. I now have a bunch of 30p footage that i want to do the same with but im having trouble getting it to come out looking smooth. I can do the remaping fine but it plays back; i guess you could say, framy (if thats even a word) and I know there is a way to make it play back smooth like the 60i footage but I just dont know how. can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks

Easy way: Click on the Frame Blending Checkbox wich is near the Motion Blur checkbox (In the timeline on the layer)(Dont see it? Press F4)

Another way: http://www.maltaannon.com (Go down to the last tutorial)
