Good stock music?
Posted by Steve Kunz on July 22, 2011 at 3:52 pmI’m currently working on my first corporate video. I’m looking for good stock music that would work well with a product overview video that will go on their website.
I have found some music that I liked, however, it was over $1,000 and that’s out of the budget for this video. I also found stock music that was less than $100, but it was all very lame.
Does anyone know where I can get good stock music for a reasonable price?

You’ll find a wide array of good music at Pond5.com. They are also a terrific source for affordable stock video, so filter your views so you only see music, or it will drive you crazy. I just bought a very nice classical string quartet cut by Telemann for 45 bucks!
Stock20 is another good source, and everything there is 20 bucks. The choices aren’t as broad, and some of the cuts are lame, but, that said, I’ve used several cuts by them. They have some very nice acoustic guitar pieces.
