  Interactive HD video without blu-ray

  I want to deliver HD content with interactivity on a portable medium to be played on HDTV’s or computers, but I don’t have a Blu-Ray authoring tool. What are my options? I can author in Flash® or DVD Studio Pro with the HD option. Will multimedia hard drives playback exe or video_TS? would the remote work with the buttons I create? Any insight would be appreciated.
