  Duplicating a layer with cloned stamp strokes

  I’m trying to duplicate a video layer in which I have already clone stamped out some areas. Each time I duplicate the layer the cloned strokes seem to move and reveal areas of the image I am trying to cover.

  What is the reason for this? Is there a way to duplicate a clone stamped video layer without having the cloned strokes move?
