  I saw a wedding video with the wedding party was coming down in frames almost like a video Is that the camera or editing

  Probably editing, but your description is so vague as to make it impossible to say. Can you point to a URL or a still pictuer of it?

  Send a link. Sounds like what you see on a few commercials with the video that looks like it’s in a picture frame.
