    Hello,

I’ve had a bride request that I set up a live feed for a relative that’s in a hospital and can’t attend the wedding. I’ve read about videographers offering this service but have never done so myself and don’t know where to begin. Have any of you done this? What equipment is required on my end and on the other end to make this successful? What software would I use? I shoot with two Panasonic DVX100b cameras.

    Thanks for any insight!

Look at slingbox, or just set up a laptop with ichat.

UStream might be another option. It offers a lot more flexibility than iChat and is not platform or software dependent. You could even embed the player into a branded website that you made for the bride and groom if you wanted to get fancy.
