  Fastest Possible Exporting

  Hi everyone! I’m new here, so apologies if anything I say is disrespecting any forum courtesies.

  I have an hour long video that I need exported as soon as possible. I need it to be decent quality and 1280 x 720. The thing is, I’m a bit techanically challenged – I know how to change the settings but I don’t really know what the terms mean. I would be so so so grateful if anyone could give me clear instructions on how to get the fastest possible export time for this. I’m working to a tight deadline and everything I’ve tried is taking at least 8 hours.

  Sorry if this is asking too much and thank you in advance for any help that I’m given. As I say, I can play around with the settings, I just don’t know what the terms mean.

  Hi Amy, what format is your source footage? What are your computer specs? What software are you using?

  You also don’t say what the final format needs to be, i.e. which “codec”.
