multi clips cutting angles on the fly
I have double clicked on a multiclip in the timeline. It opens in the viewer, which then becomes the active window. Number keys 1 2 and 3 are assigned to cut to angles 1 2 and 3. When I playback and hit keys 1 2 and 3 nothing seems to happen. Not quite understanding the relationship between the viewer and timeline I guess. The multi clip in the viewer has “sprocket holes” indicating that it has been opened from the timeline, correct? When I hit the spacebar, video plays in the viewer but the playhead in the timeline does not move. When I hit the number keys, little markers appear in the timeline, but angle switches/cuts are not displayed. When I hit stop those markers disappear. Help, Please!
