  Probleme Export Frame

  Hi.
  I am french with bad English (so sorry).
  I have this probleme in export frame. You can see my picture.
  What is the setting probleme ?

  Charles: check your interlace settings: reverse whatever the setting is there, or change the program from interlaced to progressive.
