  please, I want encoder this 1024X576 PAL to its corresponding NTSC format

  Hello ALL
  I got a video, 1024X576, Aspect=1:1,PAL.
  I need to convert it to its corresponding NTSC format.But I’m not sure about the frame size and aspect.
  So, could anyone can tell me:
  (1)is there a name for this kind of(1024X575,Aspect=1:1) PAL video?
  (2)what frame size and aspect should I set for the NTSC convertion?
