  transparency in a transition

  Is it possible to take a layered PSD (of a logo) into FCP7, use the Cube Spin 3D simulation transition to spin the top layer, and have the bottom layer remain transparent?

  My idea is to output this transition as an image sequence that I can import into my switcher and use as a graphic transition during a switch between two sources.
