  • Correct Settings for Sony Handycam NEX-VG20

I’m having trouble exporting in Final Cut pro, I shot my footage with a sony handycam nex-vg20, I shot at HD-1080i60. The clip settings in final cut are, 29.97 vid rate, 1920×1080 frame size, and apple intermediate codec. Does anyone know the best settings to export on?? I’ve tried just doing current settings as well as a couple different possible ways.

And what does the problem seem to be? If you export a qt movie, not conversion, then it should be just fine. If you drop your footage into a new sequence with ‘Auto Conform Sequence’ set to ask and let it change the sequence, what does it change it to? As long as you are not misinterpreting your footage you shouldn’t have a problem. But please, state your problem.
