  Exporting for streaming and DVD

  Help-
  I am still a novice at video editing. I am using final cut pro for a sports instructional video. I am editing using FCP and exporting using quick time movie – self contained using current settings.

  I have compressor and I have sorenson squeeze – I would like to upload the video to brightcove.com for streaming so it can be somewhat of a large file – can I get a suggestion on the next step after I export?

  I notice all the many export settings – would a specific export setting be helpful in my situation?
