  Compressor output has pixellated flashes (from 5d MK II and Final Cut Pro)

  Hi all,
  Shot some scenes in standard def on Canon 5d MK II. Set to PAL, but no firmware update, so the frame rate is “30”.
  Edited in final cut, allowed final cut to match the sequence settings to the clip settings.
  Output through compressor: “Best quality DVD under 60 minutes”, which exports NTSC 29.97.
  The result was a weird pixellated flash every second or so on the exported .m2v.
  But it’s only on the last chapter, which was a different clip. Don’t think anything’s different about that clip either.
  Any ideas?
