I’m pretty new at editing. I created a video that is 34min/7.9 GB and I want to downres it so I can burn it to a HQ 1hr DVD. I’m using FCP5. Is there a simple way to do this…?

    Thank you.

    The simple way?
    Import the movie into DVDSP.
    Burn.

Thanks, Chris! I think the problem I was having had to do with I hadn’t imported the video into DVD Studio Pro, I had only exported it into QuickTime and then tried to burn it onto a disk? Once I slowed down and read the instructions, it burned just fine and compressed automatically. Luckily I was able to get it all done in time to submit it to the local station before they closed.

    Thanks again!

    Aloha!
