  Sync problems and timecode breakage when capturing

  Hi,

  Hoping I’m posting in the right place, and not posting twice either, I enclose the messages I encountered when capturing miniDV into FCP. It’s a home tape from ages ago that someone else shot with definitely lots of jumps and cuts.

  I know there are threads for each of these two problems, but when I get both (at different moments, obviously), which one should I sort out first? Maybe one solves the other too?
