Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Audio Linking

    I have bunch of really short clips with audio that is unlinked….I know how to link each clip’s audio together within the clip….but how does one link all of the clips at once? I tried selecting all but it doesn’t work….and I tried paste attributes but can’t seem to find the right way to do it…

    (I don’t want to link the audio for each clip with the other audio clips just the two audio tracks within each clip…

    If I understand your question, I think what you’re looking for is Shift + L

    No, that only works for one clip at a time….I want to add that change to multiple clips at one time….I have FCP 5 by the way……

    select the clips
    Try using CMD+L to Marry clip together
    Shift+L is a temporary function.

    CMD+L will merge clips Audio and video together.
