  How do I export the movie when I want best quality 720p HD and uploading to YOU-TUBE?

  The best thing to do is export the full movie in the resolution and codec you are working in.

  If the file is too large for Youtube to upload then you will have to recompress that movie with Compressor to get it to a file size that YouTube will accept.
