  Trouble Capturing Audio in Stereo

  First off, I have had very little FCP training and am scheduled to attend a class next month. However, this all I have to work with right now and the job needs to get done, ASAP.

  I am capturing HDV via firewire from a Sony HVR-S270V camera. The video was recording in ch 1 and 2. It plays back in ch 1 and 2. It will only capture in Mono. No matter how I switch around the settings it will only capture channel 1 when I really need channel 2.

  Please help.
