    HI

When I add an additive disolve to a clip in order to achieve a “flash” tranisition, its visable when I play it back in FCP. But once I export it it becomes a normal cross disolve.

I’m working in pal with the lower fields scanning on at CCIR 720 by 576.

I even tried cheating it by putting a white colour matt underneath with disolves.

Is there a setting Im missing?

    Thanks
    Duane

Use the dip to color dissolve and set it to white.

    All the best,

    Tom
