  Adding Motion to still photos

  I am trying to add motion to photos in FCP and getting noise in the photos, but when I add motion to the same photo in IMovie I do not get any noise or vibration at all. Any help on this matter?

  Are you viewing this on your computer or a broadcast monitor/TV? Is it rendered or are you playing it un-rendered?
