That’s no excuse. An editors work is never done, we’re never supposed to rest, and it’s why caffeine is one of the five essential food groups.
Simply check the anamorphic box checked in Sequence>>Settings and, if necessary, make certain that the distort parameter is reset to 0 for all clips.

Copy everything from your present sequence into a new sequence that has the anamorphic box checked and, if necessary, make certain that the distort parameter is reset to 0 for all clips.
Oh, and I almost forgot, all of your clips must have a check in the anamorphic column in the FCP browser as well.
