    It’s only happened a couple times, but does anyone know why FCP would output an mov in parts? For example, I export the timeline as self-contained file(not reference) and instead of a single *.mov(ProRes), I get a couple mov’s named like so:
    filename.mov
    filename-av.mov1
    filename-av.mov2

    (I’m not in front of the files at the moment, the -av part might also be sequential as in -av1, -av2, etc.)

    I’m thinking it might have to do with the file system on the destination drive, or a setting that got changed somehow. I can give more information if there is not enough here, just thought it might be something simple.

    Either the drive is not correctly formatted as Mac OS Extended or the limit export size function is switched on on System Settings.
