  White Screen on the Canvas

  I am editing from the canvas and whenever I stop the playhead, step backward or forward I get the white screen instead of the clips I want to edit. What mistake am I making or what am I not seeing? Thank you folks in advance!

  Make sure that in the image options of the canvas (third button on top of the canvas window) the RGB option is selected. Perhaps you pressed the keyboard shortcut to see the alpha channel.
