  Subtitles

  Hi, I need to apply Dutch subtitles to my edit this week. We are having the script translated and we will have the translator with us while we work to help out with positioning.

  My plan was to copy and paste the translated sentences one by one into the title tool and place them on the timeline.

  Is there a cleverer way of doing it than this? Can I enter time-codes and make all my subtitles automatically rain down onto the timeline in exactly the right spot? Probably not but any tips would be gratefully relived.

  Also, where might i find all the foreign language punctuation marks and accents?

  I haven’t done that, but I know you can import an Excel document with TC and the text.
  Google a bit and have a look to the manual.
