August 31, 2009 at 10:39 pmFILM editing? Meaning dealing with ALE files and edge code tracking and negative cutting and all that? Yes, I would totally choose Avid over FCP for that. But if it is shot in HD and will be posted in HD, I would consider both very viable options…leaning towards FCP.
