  Finding the original clip from a subclip

  How do you find the original clip that a subclip was made when the subclip came FROM a sequence without having to find the clip in the sequence again. I tried option_apple_f for reveal source clip but it keeps coming back to the subclip from the sequence not the original master clip. Thanks
